PHDI is non political, on profit registered community based organization founded in 2004 and took full scale operation after being registered by city council of Kampala.
PHDI is 100% volunteer based, PHDI has 40 volunteers, 13 members and 06 staff all carries out PHDI operations/ Activities on voluntary basis.
